We currently work through PayPal. It’s the most trusted and well known payment method used worldwide. You can pay with any major credit card or get a Paypal account, it’s free and easy. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers.
We ship most of orders between 2 to 5 business days of purchase. Orders are not delivered on the weekends or federal holidays. We ship to Italy, all UE destinations, Turkey and Middle East, USA, Canada, Asia, Australia and South America. Italian orders will be shipped via GLS (http://www.gls-italy.com), other European and International orders will be shipped via TNT (http://www.tnt.com), which usually takes 1 to 2 day delivery time, but can be delayed, depending on your location.
Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your tracking number. You can check the location of your package anytime on the TNT site, using your tracking number. If haven’t received your tracking number and you’re willing to know it, just drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
OZ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances such as severe weather or natural disasters. Similarly, we are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier itself, such as clearance delays. In cases such as these, please directly contact your courier with any inquiries about the status of your package or contact email@example.com, we'll try to help.
In the case that TNT is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, the customer’s refusal to pay duties, multiple failed attempts to reach the customer at point of delivery, or otherwise, OZ is not responsible for payment of return shipping costs levied by the courier. Similarly, OZ is not responsible for the payment of re-shipping merchandise to the customer. In cases such as these, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery.
All prices on our site are listed in Euros, and charged in Euros. The exact exchange rate that you will pay is determined by the bank that has issued your credit card, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates. Returns are accepted within 30 days for domestic and international purchases from the date of receipt. For items received after this time period, we reserve the right to deny the return. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the merchandise in question does not meet our standards. Where provided, all original packaging to accompany the item must be included and returned in its original condition.
Returns must be received in NEW and UNWORN condition and with all tags attached. Shoes that are returned with marked soles, without a box, or in a damaged box may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer.
All returns must be shipped via traceable and insured mail.
In the event that you choose to forgo secured tracking, OZ is not responsible for the package if it is lost or otherwise not received.
Shipping is non-refundable except in cases where we have made a mistake.
